“I Thought I Was Never Going To Smile Again…”
Experience a Remarkable
Smile Transformation with Dental Implants
Tooth loss can be detrimental to your oral health, increasing your risk of gum disease, shifting of adjacent teeth, bite misalignment, and even further tooth loss. If gaps are left by missing teeth in your smile zone, this can negatively impact your self-confidence, chewing, and speech.
When you schedule a complimentary consultation at United Implant Dentistry, Dr. Aeklavya Panjali will explain everything you need to know about dental implants and the process. If you decide to move forward, you’ll soon discover that dental implants look, function, and feel so close to natural teeth that it may be hard to tell the difference!
What Are Dental Implants?
Dental implants comprise a titanium post, connecting abutment, and a customized zirconia dental crown, bridge, or full-mouth prosthesis. Dental implants are the only tooth replacement solution that restores oral function and aesthetics from your tooth roots up.
The implant post is surgically placed in your jawbone, assuming the role of your missing tooth root after it fuses with your bone. Dental implants offer extraordinary stability and can dramatically improve your smile function and aesthetics. And if you have extensive tooth loss, full-mouth dental implants in Cicero, NY, provide a fantastic solution that will positively transform your life in more ways than you imagined!
The Incomparable Benefits of Dental Implants
- Delivers long-lasting durability
- Provides a strong, stable, and secure foundation
- Doesn’t impact or involve other teeth

- Improves self-esteem and quality of life

Are you a Candidate for Dental Implants?

Reclaim a Fully Functional Smile with Meticulous Implant Placement

Dr. Panjali has dedicated his entire career to furthering the art and science of dental implantology and has impeccable credentials, including earning Diplomate status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
He underwent rigorous additional education and training beyond dental school, focused on in-depth study of oral and maxillofacial anatomy, advanced surgical techniques, and implantology technologies. Because of his implant-focused training and nearly 35 years of implant experience, Dr. Panjali has firsthand knowledge and skills to handle complex cases, such as insufficient jawbone density and chronic health conditions. When you choose United Implant Dentistry to restore your smile, Dr. Panjali performs every aspect of the implant process in-house, ensuring superb quality control and results that deliver decades of benefits!
What to Expect During Your Dental Implant Procedure
During your complimentary implant consultation, we will have an in-depth conversation, perform an oral exam, and obtain imaging of your jawbone to create a personalized treatment plan and provide you with a complete understanding of the dental implant process. This is unlike some corporate centers, where you’re rushed and receive a cookie-cutter approach to dental implants.
Dr. Panjali is incredibly passionate about educating you about the pros and cons of dental implants and listening to your concerns during a 1–2-hour consultation. After completing your free, no-obligation consultation, you’ll know if you’re a suitable candidate and what to expect, be able to make an informed decision, and enjoy a better overall experience, whether you need a single implant or full-mouth dental implants!
During the procedure, Dr. Panjali makes an incision in your gums to expose the bone where the implant will be placed. The implant is inserted into the bone, and your gums are sutured and closed around the implant post.
If you’re getting All-on-4® full-mouth dental implants, angling the posterior (back) implants enables increased contact by using the natural support of your existing bone, even if you have diminished bone density. In most cases, we can place temporary teeth on the same day as surgery. Whether you receive one or multiple dental implants, we’ll provide detailed postsurgical instructions to help ensure a complication-free recovery
Follow-up appointments are important for keeping track of the healing process and ensuring your implants are fusing well with your jawbone. During periodic visits, Dr. Panjali will assess your implants, examine how your teeth align, check for signs of inflammation, and ask if you’re experiencing any issues. While rare, the risk of early implant failure is higher if you’re a smoker, have a previous history of periodontal disease, or have uncontrolled diabetes.
Over the next 4-6 months, your mouth will heal through Osseointegration, where your implants will fuse with your jawbone. After permanent jaw fusion, we will place your permanent prosthesis. These teeth are hand-crafted to the last detail, ensuring a precise fit and aesthetics that fit your facial features, skin tone, and gum and lip line. Full-mouth dental implants can last a lifetime with routine checkups and proper at-home care!
